Volker Gaßmann

Competence

Volker Gaßmann is a lawyer, tax advisor and partner at BDO Legal. He is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group.

His professional focus is the advising of medium-sized companies and the families behind them in the areas of corporate law, inheritance law and tax law, including their contractual implementation. He also advises non-profit organizations in corporate and tax law. In addition, he gives lectures to current topics relating to commercial and tax law. He is a member of the board of the Stuttgart Chamber of Tax Consultants.

Volker Gaßmann studied law in Tübingen. 

Before joining BDO Legal, he worked for many years in the staff department of an international auditing company and for several years in an international law firm. 

When he is not working for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling and hiking in the Alps.
