Details of professional liability insurance:
The professional liability insurance is with Allianz Versicherungs-AG in 10900 Berlin, Germany. The geographical scope of the insurance cover includes activities in the Member States of the European Union and thus at least meets the requirements of Section 51 of the German Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO), Section 67 of the German Tax Consultancy Act (StBerG), Section 51 et seq. of the German Regulation on the Implementation of the Provisions on Tax Consultants, Tax Agents and Tax Consulting Companies (DVStB) and Section 54 of the German Public Auditor Code (WPO) in conjunction with the German Regulation on Professional Liability Insurance for Auditors and Sworn Auditors (WPBHV).
Obligation to provide information in accordance with Sections 36, 37 VSBG (Consumer Dispute Settlement Act):
BDO Legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH is not willing or obliged to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
