Steffen Reusch, MBA

Competence

Steffen Reusch is a lawyer and partner at BDO Legal. He heads the Restructuring & Insolvency practice group.

He advises in all issues relating to corporate crises, in particular insolvency proceedings and measures in accordance with the German Act on the Restructuring of Companies (StaRUG). He is regularly appointed as insolvency administrator by several courts.

Steffen Reusch studied law in Marburg, Lausanne and Bonn. He has combined his legal training with business management training in order to be able to view crisis situations in all relevant facets. 

Before joining BDO Legal, he worked for various boutiques specializing in insolvency administration. 

When he is not working for his clients, his focus is on his family. He likes to do this on the tennis court, on skis or in the great outdoors.
