Stefan Hoff is a lawyer at BDO Legal. He is a member of the Employment Law practice group.

His professional focus is on advising companies on individual and collective employment law. In addition to negotiating and drafting employment contracts and service contracts with managing directors, he also deals in particular with the preparation and implementation of dismissals, the drafting and conclusion of works agreements, comparisons of interests and social plans as well as collective bargaining law, especially for municipal companies. A further area of activity is the employment law support of restructurings, company successions, company acquisitions and sales as well as transfers of undertakings. In addition, he also advises on the deployment of third-party personnel on the subject of temporary employment and assists with the drafting of contracts for work and services and the implementation of status determination procedures.

Stefan Hoff studied law in Bonn. 

Before joining BDO Legal, he was managing director of a medium-sized law firm.

In his free time, he enjoys music and literature, playing table tennis and basketball and riding his motorcycle.
