Roman-Knut Seger is a lawyer and partner at BDO Legal. He is a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice group.

He advises managing directors, shareholders and other stakeholders in out-of-court and in-court restructuring processes. The focus of his work is the creation of reorganization concepts and their implementation in restructuring and insolvency plans. 

Roman-Knut Seger studied law in Göttingen, Caen (F) and Dresden. 

Before joining BDO Legal, he initially worked for a nationwide insolvency law firm in Dresden and Chemnitz and then moved to a law firm specializing in insolvency and restructuring solutions based in Essen. 

In his free time, spending time with his family and riding his racing bike and motorcycle are high on his agenda.
