Marijke Wittke, LL.M.

Competence

Marijke Wittke is a lawyer at BDO Legal. She is a member of the Public Economic Law practice group.

She advises legal entities in public law on tax law issues (including VAT and corporation tax) as well as on corporate law issues. She also focuses on advising in restructuring processes and in issues relating to EU state aid law.

Marijke Wittke studied law in Münster and Stellenbosch (South Africa). 

Before joining BDO Legal, she worked in a law firm in Münster specializing in tax and corporate law advice for medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and trying to fulfill her passion for dressage riding.
