Competence

Maik Pörschke is a lawyer, tax advisor and partner at BDO Legal. He is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group.

He advises medium-sized companies, often family businesses, comprehensively on tax law and commercial law issues. The focus of his work is on tax and corporate law advice, in particular on restructurings and transactions/company succession planning as well as tax audits. His main areas of interest include advising on value added tax.

Maik Pörschke studied law in Bielefeld. 

Before joining BDO Legal, he worked for several major international law firms in Bielefeld.

When he is not working for his clients, he spends his time with his family or doing sports.
