Dr. Patricia Sirchich von Kis-Sira

Dr. Patricia Sirchich von Kis-Sira is a lawyer at BDO Legal. She is a member of the Financial Services & Financing practice group.

The focus of her work in the area of financial services is the advising of domestic and foreign credit institutions and financial service providers on banking regulatory issues (in particular licensing requirements under the German Banking Act, EU passporting, organizational requirements and regulatory aspects of transactions including regulatory due diligence). She also advises on the financing of companies (including intragroup financing/cash pools, loan financing, the issue of bonds and promissory note loans). A further focus of her practice is the ongoing advice of German and international companies on the entire spectrum of corporate law (in particular stock corporation law, corporate governance issues and public sector shareholdings) as well as group and reorganization law in the context of complex national and cross-border restructurings.

Patricia Sirchich von Kis-Sira studied law in Passau and Nanjing (PR China). She completed her doctorate in Hagen on the topic "Inclusion of representatives of legal entities in the concept of employees under EU law". 

Before joining BDO Legal, she worked for a major national law firm in Bonn.

In her free time, she is interested in art, literature and music and enjoys traveling.
