Dr. Hilmar Müller

Competence

Dr. Hilmar Müller is a lawyer at BDO Legal. He is a member of the Commercial practice group.

He advises companies in civil commercial law both in the start-up phase and in day-to-day business. He is regularly involved in legal drafting. The drafting of contracts is a particular focus of his work. 

Hilmar Müller studied law in Potsdam. He completed his doctorate in Potsdam on the subject of "Creditor protection for limited companies with administrative headquarters in Germany". 

Before joining BDO Legal, he worked in medium-sized law firms in Duesseldorf and Cologne. 

In his free time, he enjoys sports and regularly goes on city trips.
