Heiko Büsing studied law in Göttingen and Athens (Georgia/USA). He completed his doctorate in Göttingen on the subject of "The WTO Agreement on Government Procurement".  He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in US law from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Before joining BDO Legal, he worked in major international law firms in Frankfurt a. M. and Hamburg.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and training for marathons.
