Competence
Dr. Christina Schön is a lawyer and partner at BDO Legal. She heads the Social Security Law practice group.
The focus of her work is advising companies in social security law. In addition to clarifying social security status issues, she advises clients in cross-border employee assignments and social security audits. She also advises companies on all questions of individual and collective employment law, in particular on the drafting of contracts, dismissals, temporary employment, company pension schemes and issues relating to works constitutions and collective agreements.
Christina Schön studied law in Göttingen. She completed her doctorate in Kassel on the subject of "flexibilization of working hours".
Before joining BDO Legal, she worked for a large law firm in Frankfurt a. M. and an auditing, tax consulting and law firm in Kassel.
In her free time, she plays tennis and skis, enjoys hiking and relaxing in her garden.
