Competence

Domenik Wagener is a lawyer at BDO Legal. He is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group.

The focus of his work is on advising wealthy entrepreneurs and private individuals on succession issues under civil and tax law, including the drafting of contracts. He also focuses on the valuation and transfer of companies as well as the tax-optimized settlement of estates in inheritance cases that have already occurred.

Domenik Wagener studied law in Bochum. He holds an LL.M. in business and tax law from the Ruhr University Bochum.

Before joining BDO Legal, he worked in a medium-sized law firm specializing in commercial and tax law.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling.
