Jessica Bauer

Jessica Bauer is a lawyer at BDO Legal. She is a member of the Commercial practice group.

Her practice focuses on advising private individuals and companies of various sizes and from a wide range of industries in the areas of contract drafting and internal corporate matters. She also assists entrepreneurs from all over the world in the formation process of German companies of all legal forms and also provides support in the identification of beneficial owners and their entry in the transparency register. She also advises on tenancy law matters, in particular on the review and drafting of commercial leases.

Jessica Bauer studied law in Regensburg. 

Before joining BDO Legal, she worked as a lawyer in a nationally active real estate and construction law boutique in Munich.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts and other cultural events and enjoys sports such as CrossFit, yoga and tennis.
