Henning Overkamp

Competence

Henning Overkamp is a lawyer, tax advisor and partner at BDO Legal. He is a member of the Public Economic Law practice group.

He advises public institutions and their holding companies in tax and commercial law issues. A particular focus is the advising and supporting of remunicipalization and restructuring, taking into account tax, municipal and corporate law. In addition, he supports public corporations in the area of EU state aid law.

Henning Overkamp studied law in Constance and Cologne. 

Before joining BDO Legal, he worked for several medium-sized law firms in the field of public and private commercial law.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis and cycling.
